• Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated history in a maintenance leadership position, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong capabilities in leading and managing personnel.
• A proven ability to diagnose and fix intricate maintenance problems.
• Exceptional organizational habits and a keen eye for detail.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
