Maintenance Director

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team. As a critical member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

About the Role:

As our Maintenance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and scheduling their work to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and facilities are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
