Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Three years of supervisory maintenance or plant experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Dedicated and detail-oriented with a focus on safety and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance plan.
• Establish and manage equipment and utilities program.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Conduct safety inspection tours and document findings.

Major Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary degree from an accredited vocational or technical school preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or plant-related role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Must be dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
