A leading senior living community seeks a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overall building maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. In this role, you'll ensure the center operates smoothly, providing a safe environment for residents while managing various maintenance tasks effectively. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in property maintenance.

Purpose of this position: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the entire living center building and grounds according to Heritage Property Management standards and in full compliance with Fire Services, Life Safety Codes, HFA Licensing regulations, and local ordinances.
Qualifications: Experience in maintenance of apartment or senior care, healthcare, or other residential/institutional properties; ability to read, write, and follow directions; maturity and effective interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team; experience with senior populations, especially frail elderly or those with dementia, is helpful.
