Job summary

W3Global is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a nursing or care facility. In this in-person role, you will lead a maintenance team, manage schedules, and supervise HVAC, electrical, and fire/sprinkler systems to ensure reliability and safety.

You will coordinate inspections, promote best practices in facilities management, and support a culture of safety while optimizing operations in a healthcare environment located in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in healthcare or care facilities.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on electrical, fire sprinkler and generator experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective tasks.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, and fire/sprinkler system maintenance and repairs.
• Plan inspections of equipment, electrical, fire/sprinkler systems, generators, etc., on a weekly to annual basis.
• Promote best practices in facilities management to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee Legionella program and water system inspections.
• Maintain safety compliance and foster a safety-focused culture.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Nursing or Care Facility)

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems
• Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections of equipment, electrical, fire / sprinkler system, generators, etc.
• Implement best practices in facilities management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee Legionella program and inspections of water systems
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team and facility.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, fire / sprinkler systems and generator's, HVAC
• Proficient in organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
• Experience with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations is preferred.
