Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This role drives equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and leads a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians across all shifts.

Pay is $46–$48/hr based on experience with a year-end bonus. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC/VFD troubleshooting, and coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting/setup of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemens, Lenze, & Allen Bradley.
• Experience in concrete, foundries, aggregates, mining, or other heavy industrial manufacturing operations (preferred).
• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.
• Ability to support multiple shifts.
• Experience with heavy industrial mechanical repairs; rigging, welding & fabrication (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CMMS, & ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities across all shifts.
• Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment per plans.
• Lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and installations.
• Train multi-craft maintenance technicians.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using diagnostic tools.
• Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs to identify faults and support production troubleshooting.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Manage external contractors and service providers onsite.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.

Job Description

Pay:$46-$48/hr(based on experience) +year-endbonus

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.

Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans whichinvolvesworking at heights, climbingladdersand using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).

Plan and lead maintenance teamsand external vendorsduring plant shutdowns and equipment installations.

Trainmulti-craftmaintenancetechnicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Lead breakdown responseand troubleshootingefforts and prioritize critical repairs tominimize downtime.

Connect to PLC’s and VFD’s using laptop software toidentifyfaults,monitorinputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.

Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.

Identifyand upgrade electrical components (VFD’s,I/Ocards,PLC’s, etc.) to ensure proper inventory of spare partsarereadily available.

Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO’s, OL’s, contactors, relays, breakresistersand various other electrical components.

Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.

Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance proceduresin WO system.

Qualifications

5+ years ofheavyindustrial maintenance experience

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Proven experienceleading teams inboth electrical and mechanical systems.

Experiencetroubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, & Allen Bradley

Experience inconcrete,foundries,aggregates, mining, orother heavy industrialmanufacturing operations(preferred)

Industrial electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.
