Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our Douglassville, PA facility to lead maintenance operations and drive reliability across all shifts. You will manage a skilled team of technicians, coordinate with external vendors, and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime while supporting production goals.

The role requires coordinating shutdowns, supervising vendors, and ensuring safety and equipment uptime in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting of VFD drives; SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen-Bradley.
• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities and preventive maintenance across all shifts.
• Repair, install and dismantle machinery; work at heights with cranes and lifts.
• Lead maintenance teams and external vendors during shutdowns and installations.
• Train multi-craft technicians and ensure necessary skills.
• Test electrical systems and faults with meters and scopes.
• Lead breakdown response and minimize downtime.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs to identify faults and support troubleshooting.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Identify and upgrade electrical components to ensure spare parts availability.
• Read wiring diagrams and manage external contractors.
• Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.

We are seeking a hands-onMaintenance Supervisorto lead maintenance operationsat our Douglassville, PA facility. This roleis responsible fordriving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

Job Description

Pay:$46-$48/hr(based on experience) +year-endbonus

Location: Douglassville, PA

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.

Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans whichinvolvesworking at heights, climbingladdersand using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).

Plan and lead maintenance teamsand external vendorsduring plant shutdowns and equipment installations.

Trainmulti-craftmaintenancetechnicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Lead breakdown responseand troubleshootingefforts and prioritize critical repairs tominimize downtime.

Connect to PLC’s and VFD’s using laptop software toidentifyfaults,monitorinputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.

Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.

Identifyand upgrade electrical components (VFD’s,I/Ocards,PLC’s, etc.) to ensure proper inventory of spare partsarereadily available.

Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO’s, OL’s, contactors, relays, breakresistersand various other electrical components.

Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.

Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance proceduresin WO system.

Qualifications

5+ years ofheavyindustrial maintenance experience

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Proven experienceleading teams inboth electrical and mechanical systems.

Experiencetroubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, & Allen Bradley

Experience inconcrete,foundries,aggregates, mining, orother heavy industrialmanufacturing operations(preferred)

Industrial electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.

Ability to supportmultiple shifts

Experienced in heavy industrial mechanical repairs; rigging, welding & fabrication (preferred)

Experience withMicrosoftOffice,CMMS, & ERP systems

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
