Job summary

Brookside is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Ashton on Main in Nicholasville, KY. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems operate reliably.

The role requires 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and the ability to work outdoors and respond to after-hours emergencies. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a maintenance team
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the property's maintenance team
• Complete work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Coordinate vendors and outside contractors
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
• Help manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure the property meets safety and maintenance standards
• Provide responsive, professional service to residents
• Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
