Duties include supervising maintenance staff, work assisting with preventive maintenance programs, Life safety systems, responding to facility issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records and compliance with facility policies and regulations. The role serves as the maintenance director's day to day representative and back up and must be skilled in a preferred trade. .
