We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Selko brand in Indianapolis, IN.

About the role : The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and tools are maintained and repaired per Selko's guidelines, while minimizing production downtime.

• The supervisor works hands-on with the maintenance team.
• Shift: Friday - Monday, 6:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. May require additional shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily maintenance operations, scheduling, attendance, overtime, operational issues, performance management, development planning, and reporting.
• Ensure team compliance with quality standards such as cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, and local procedures. Audit maintenance work and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform work in compliance with safety regulations to prevent incidents. Identify hazardous situations and take appropriate action.
• Serve as the main contact for emergency maintenance and escalate safety or production issues.
• Communicate with Plant Manager, Production Manager, Supply Chain managers, and Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications :

• 5-8 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of pumps (electric and pneumatic), valves, piping, hydraulics.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical and electrical prints.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and safety-conscious.
