What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Utilize your maintenance skills to help your property meet unit turn and service request standards, ensuring grounds and common areas shine.
  • Provide direction to all property maintenance staff; ensure maintenance team delivers excellent resident service while performing job duties.
  • Manage scheduling and execution of all service requests for timely completion.
  • Conduct inspections with agency partners and oversee remediation of violations.
  • Ensure completion of vacant unit turns at standard.
  • Oversee upkeep of building common areas, grounds, and systems.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Inspect mechanical systems and address safety issues immediately.
  • Manage emergency on-call scheduling with the Community Manager.
  • Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities for emergency repairs.
  • Assist in budgeting maintenance expenses with the Community Manager.
Compensation
  • $31.00 - $36.06 per hour
  • Plus an annual bonus

This range reflects expected pay at the time of posting; actual offers depend on qualifications, location, and responsibilities. In addition to salary, benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work on emergency on-call rotation, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • Goal-oriented leader demonstrating care for team, clients, and residents.
  • Committed to exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service.
  • Determined, receptive to constructive criticism, and eager to improve.
