Job description

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Muncy, PA plant. This role involves working 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will collaborate with skilled tradesmen and leadership to solve mechanical and electrical issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving change by fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
2. Training and developing maintenance team members.
3. Resolving maintenance issues through problem-solving and root cause analysis.
4. Applying LEAN principles to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
5. Implementing maintenance and reliability best practices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience.
• Technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar software.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate and work with all organizational levels.

Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $72,560 to $95,235, based on experience and location, with discretionary bonuses.
