Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure ESH Compliance by participating in and supporting safety and environmental programs (BBS, Safety Meetings, Contractor/Guest Safety, cGMP, OSHA/EPA/FDA/DOT, etc.)

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the direct supervision of the electrical and mechanical maintenance workforce. The position also provides backup supervision for the Maintenance Planners and predictive maintenance workforce. Additional job duties include improving maintenance methodologies and improving equipment reliability.

Compensation at ICL

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Salary Range: $84,000 - $115,000

Annual Bonus Target: 7%, subject to plan provisions.
