Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and facility operations. The role requires leadership in applying policies, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include extensive hands-on maintenance of production equipment, troubleshooting motor controls, and implementing new control designs for upgraded or new equipment. A technical degree and strong schematic-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting & repair.
• Experience with 24V–480V systems and motor control troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.

• Performs maintenance on all production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls on 3 phase equipment and control circuits.
• Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions and mechanical problems.

SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Department Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and assignment of all Divisional activities related to maintenance and facility operations and ensuring that all timing schedules and trades regulations are adhered to. The Maintenance Department Supervisor supports Leadership and Maintenance personnel by acting as liaison in matters regarding policy application, employee relations, and continuous improvement for processes and productivity.

• Performs maintenance on all production equipment
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of programmable logic controls
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair
• Works with voltage of 24v-480v
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls on 3 phase equipment and control circuits
• Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions and mechanical problems
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand schematics
• Designs and implements needed controls for new or refurbished projects
• Helps initiate equipment procedures when updates have been instigated
• Responsible for identifying parts needed for repair and getting quotes to purchase parts
