Job Duties of Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise Facilities' daily maintenance functions

• Ensure equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained

• Maintain required records, manage budgets and supplies

• Maintenance Supervisor will also be over Housekeeping/Laundry department with 4-6 direct reports

Qualifications of Maintenance Supervisor:

• Experience in maintenance for a healthcare facility, preferred

• Able to respond to emergencies and be on-call

• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

• Positive Can-Do Attitude

• Excellent Attendance
