Job summary

Independence Realty Trust is seeking a Service Manager for its Arbors River Oaks community in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians and ensure top-notch service across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Ensure budget compliance while delivering exceptional service and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Requirement: Must be able to attend a company‑paid, multi‑day, out‑of‑state training within 2 weeks of start date.
