Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep at the Camp Lejeune location. The role includes managing maintenance staff, scheduling preventive programs, inspecting properties, and coordinating work orders to keep units ready for rent.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of building maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/HVAC/plumbing/carpentry, and a strong safety mindset. A valid driver’s license, EPA 608, and OSHA-10 are required or preferred.
A Brief Overview The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in maintaining the property's physical condition in a safe, attractive, and comfortable state. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing preventive maintenance programs, performing property and equipment inspections, maintaining the project inventory, supervising personnel, and assigning maintenance tasks. Also accountable for preparing work schedules and ensuring compliance with all maintenance-related policies. This role ensures that the units and other property facilities at the assigned location remain in good working order. This position performs tasks as needed, including service requests and preparing units for rent availability (including painting units and landscape work).
