Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and replacement of production equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems).
• Ensure efficient operation of equipment and dispatch maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform minor engineering tasks and design modifications as requested.
• Maintain/repair production equipment and inspect safety/compliance standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procure as directed by the Manager.
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and use PPE.
• Supervise maintenance team and assign tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Read and interpret electrical/pneumatic diagrams and troubleshoot effectively.

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary/Objective:

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the repair, maintenance, and replacement of production equipment, including mechanical, servo-mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems. This role ensures the efficient operation of equipment, manages inventory, and dispatches maintenance team members to address production equipment issues. The supervisor also performs minor engineering tasks and ensures compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Essential Functions:

• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures consistently.
• Maintain and repair a range of production equipment including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Set up and configure processing lines foroptimalperformance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and procure as needed based on directives from the Manager.
• Maintain OSHA Ammonia data sheets and conduct regular engine room readings.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to upholdhigh standardsof equipment reliability.
• Perform minor engineering tasks and design modifications as requested.
• Ensure all tasksare performedsafely andin accordance withcompany standards.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiencyin mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems maintenance.

• Exposure to noisy environments and machinery.
• Requires adherence to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting.
• Capability tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (e.g., hair net, beard net,ear plugs, safety shoes).

Position Type:

• Full-Time

Work Hours:

• Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Overtime may be necessary to complete maintenance tasks or address emergencies.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
