Job summary

Knife River Corporation in Magna, Utah is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for repair and servicing of off-road equipment, crushing equipment, generators and trucks. • Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Previous supervisory skills.
• Strong verbal, written and computer skills needed.
• Must be very reliable, able to work well under pressure and can organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for repair, help determine problems and recommend solutions.
• Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance and review progress of all assignments.
• Communicate with the Equipment Manager daily.
• Complete all paperwork that may be necessary.
• Manage repair projects internally and with outside vendors.
• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our location in Magna, Utah!

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate activities of personnel engaged in repair and service of off Hwy equipment, crushing equipment, generators and trucks.

• Review requests for repair, help determine problems and recommend solutions.
