Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of roving maintenance technicians. You'll work closely with a team of administrators to coordinate schedules, approve material purchases, and oversee projects. While this is primarily an office-based role, occasional visits to job sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee a team of maintenance workers, assigning tasks and ensuring that they are completed safely and efficiently.
• Working with administrators to manage schedules and work orders
• Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting expenses for repairs and upgrades
• Approving material purchases and managing inventory
• Overseeing projects and ensuring completion to company standards
• Working with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Handling vendor relations, including hiring, negotiating, and managing contracts
• Occasionally visiting job sites for oversight and troubleshooting
• Communicating with property managers and tenants to provide status updates
• Ensuring safety compliance and following company policies
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
