NXT Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the physical upkeep of properties. Nxt Property Management is looking for someone to join our amazing team at Lehi Tech Apartments as a Maintenance Supervisor! We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to take care of the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community while supervising your team.

DAY IN THE LIFE

You will work with a dedicated team of Maintenance Technicians and Property Leaders to take care of and better your community. You will monitor the community daily, looking for maintenance and facility related needs in all areas of the property. Light groundskeeping is also part of the job. Every day you will work hard to better the living conditions of our residents and keep the property up to standard.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ months of maintenance experience
• 6+ months of supervisor experience
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• General computer knowledge
• Knowledge and technical skills in:

• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical repairs
• Wall repair
• Appliance repair
• Daily groundskeeping
