Job summary

ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians in the Toner Process operation. You will ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and manage inventory and spare parts levels.

You will supervise work orders, coordinate with outside contractors, and help drive safety and efficiency while maintaining ISO standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electromechanical maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Model the “safety first” behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures and processes are performed safely and provide a safe work environment.
• Review and prioritize work orders and assign technicians; create preventive maintenance schedule and execute the plan.
• Participate in developing the budget; monitor the budget.
• Recommend, implement, communicate, train, and enforce methods and procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective maintenance unit.
• Set up and maintain spare parts and supplies inventory. Investigate and purchase parts.
• Select outside contractors and monitor and evaluate their work. Work with outside contractors and REI's Legal Division to resolve issues and finalize contracts.
• Investigate problems related to maintenance and collaborate with other functional areas to identify root‑cause and recommend corrective actions/countermeasures, prepare action plan, manage solution implementation and summarize and report results.
• Prepare, maintain, and update ISO procedures, documents, and forms. Maintain and update records as required by ISO.
• Review incoming and completed work orders and preventive maintenance slips and related reports for accuracy. Track and consolidate activity statistics. Identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance results.
• Generate activity and downtime reports for management review.

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at EMUS, you will lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining and testing equipment within our Toner Process operation. You will ensure all preventative maintenance is completed on schedule and in accordance with established standards, while also managing inventory and maintaining adequate spare parts levels.

The Maintenance Supervisor will:
