Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead complex maintenance operations across multiple sites in the Las Vegas area. The role focuses on supervising Maintenance Technicians and housekeeping staff with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will coordinate supplies, schedule works, and document services while ensuring staff training and compliance. A minimum of five years in senior property maintenance with leadership experience and a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a senior property maintenance position.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to manage multiple facility locations.
• Minimum two years of staff leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all sites.
• Basic mechanical skills and routine maintenance ability.
• Healthcare facilities experience and interaction with individuals with disabilities a plus; vocational training as Residential Maintenance Technician or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, perform, and evaluate complex maintenance.

The Maintenance Supervisor Will

• Oversee, coordinate, perform, and evaluate complex maintenance
• Provide direct supervision of the Maintenance Technician and the Housekeeping staff
• Ensure staff are properly trained, scheduled
• Coordinate, monitor, and document the purchase of necessary maintenance and housekeeping supplies, materials, equipment and contracted services

We can't get around this – to qualify you must have:

• A minimum of five years of experience in a senior property maintenance position with exposure to all facets of facilities maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple facility locations.
• A minimum of two years of successful staff leadership.
• Valid and current driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the community to all assigned sites.
• Possession of basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Experience in a health care facilities setting and ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities a plus. Vocational training and/or certification as a Residential Maintenance Technician or equivalent also a plus.
