Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, schedule work, and manage budgets and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery
• Maintenance management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts & vendor management
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day
• High School Diploma/GED
• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Welding (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing)
• Reliability certification such as CPMM or CRMP

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities
• Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments
• Perform and schedule preventative maintenance
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures
• Manage building, equipment, budgets (capital expenditures, parts and labor)
• Prepare maintenance reports
• Identify and evaluate parts suppliers; negotiate with service companies
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor team
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $98,820 - $128,100/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
