Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities in the Philadelphia area. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment, managing preventive maintenance, safety processes, and budgets.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial repair, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, piping, and mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints and work with CMMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across facilities and production equipment to improve functionality and reliability.
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures; manage budgets for building, equipment, parts and labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports; identify and evaluate parts suppliers; negotiate with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor team; maintain staffing levels.
• Respond to emergency alarms and ensure quick, quality resolutions.
