Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment, scheduling maintenance, and implementing safety processes.

Key duties cover budgeting, supplier evaluation, training, staffing, and emergency response. The role demands supervisory experience and strong MS Office skills to support maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities.

• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures and parts and labor budgets.
• Prepare maintenance reports; identify and evaluate parts suppliers; negotiate with service companies.
• Conduct training for all maintenance staff; supervise and mentor maintenance team.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $89,100 - $115,500/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
