Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair corrugated equipment.
• Strong safety compliance and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a maintenance team of two or more technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment on corrugating lines.
• Operate and maintain flexo folder gluers.
• Service and repair rotary die cutters.
• Diagnose and repair paper sheeters and slitter/rewinders.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose PLCs, motor controls, and sensor faults safely.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic valves, hydraulic pumps, and drive belts.
• Service and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Repair and maintain packaging hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Follow and enforce OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor In Lavergne, TN with corrugated experienceto lead the upkeep, troubleshooting,and repair of production and packaging equipment at our corrugated box manufacturing and distribution facility. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping our corrugating lines and supporting equipment running safely and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety. Hours can be negotiateds.

salary: $800,000 - $850,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to a maintenance team of two or more technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment on corrugating lines
• Operate and maintain flexo folder gluers
• Service and repair rotary die cutters
• Diagnose and repair paper sheeters and paper slitter/rewinders
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose PLCs, motor controls, and sensor faults safely
• Repair and maintain pneumatic valves, hydraulic pumps, and drive belts
