Position Summary

Our factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin, located at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, is one of the largest manufacturers in the area, shipping over 3,000 truckloads and 400 railcars annually, including more than 38 million cases of brands like Fancy Feast, Elegant Medley, Friskies, and Pro Plan. Annually, our Jefferson factory donates 1.2 million cans of food to support over 40 animal shelters and organizations.

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate your team to optimize performance, reduce costs, ensure quality, and uphold safety and operational standards. Your responsibilities include coaching, training, developing team members, managing daily maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Schedule

• Tuesday - Thursday: 1pm - 10pm CST
• Friday - Saturday: 6pm - 6am CST
• Sunday - Monday: Off

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and oversee facilities, utilities, and building maintenance activities.
• Review workload, schedules, ongoing work, projects, and personnel for task assignment.
• Coordinate outside contractor services and manage documentation.
• Handle purchase orders for contractors and supplies, process invoices, and reconcile variations with accounting.
• Assist with departmental audits and inspections, ensuring regulatory and compliance documentation is maintained.
• Reduce equipment downtime, promote reliability, and ensure preventive maintenance and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an industrial maintenance environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate pay range is $85,000 - $90,000, subject to factors such as skills, knowledge, and location.
