Our Manufacturing team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, TX.

What You Will Do

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all plant equipment, including HVAC systems, production machinery, and utilities, are properly maintained and in good working order.
• Oversee the maintenance of the plant’s facilities, including building systems, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC infrastructure.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, completed tasks, and equipment performance data.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the HVAC industry or similar manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
