Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests promptly
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Respond timely to resident service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and maintained; manage supplies and equipment inventory
