Job summary

Haverkamp Properties, Inc. in Iowa City seeks a proactive property leader to guide maintenance and operations. You will own all aspects of a property's condition, from interiors to exteriors, and drive timely work orders and turns.

You will lead a team, set clear expectations, communicate with customers and supervisors, manage inventory and equipment, and align with EOS principles. The role targets 95% occupancy and fast, cost-effective turnovers to keep properties competitive.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be

accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

• Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
• Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)
