Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at Eagle Valley Meadows in Indianapolis. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive tasks, and ensure safe, well‑functioning facilities for residents and staff.

The role requires supervisory experience, at least one year in institutional maintenance, and knowledge of electrical, heating and cooling systems. HS diploma or GED and CARE values are essential.

Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity at Eagle Valley Meadows

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and equipment are maintained in safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition. This role may involve managing maintenance staff, and coordination of preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding promptly to repair needs.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.
