Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the management of maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on chemical, supplies, and equipment handling.
• Lead safety and department meetings, participate in community events, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage departmental budget, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
• Prepare project specifications, negotiate bids, and inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
• Order maintenance supplies efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies.
• Update service requests using Yardi Mobile and troubleshoot various trades to assess and repair issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills for large teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades.
• Preferred certifications in HVAC and EPA.
• Effective communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
• Proficiency with small tools, electrical work, and basic machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills and a valid license may be required.
• Availability for on-call, emergency work, and off-hours as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
