IRT Living, operating Virtuoso Apartment Homes, is seeking a Service Manager in Huntsville, AL. You will oversee a skilled service team, coordinate maintenance strategies with Community and Regional Managers, and drive timely repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type I & II certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.
• Must attend company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Community and Regional Managers on maintenance strategies.
• Lead, train, and support the service team for top performance.
• Prioritize and delegate work orders for timely completion.
• Assist with troubleshooting and service requests to set standards.
