• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to attend company-paid, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities
