International Motors Manufacturing in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair efforts on production equipment. The role ensures safety, maximum uptime, and effective preventive maintenance programs to sustain long-term gains.

The supervisor will oversee technicians, manage training, maintain inventory, and schedule production activities on the night shift (Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Master's degree with 1+ year maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting on non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Oversees technicians that repair and maintain production and test equipment.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
• Maintains inventory and/or spare parts.
• Schedules manufacturing activities.

Overview:International is currently seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!International has an exciting opportunity for a** Production Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team in Huntsville AL. The Production Maintenance Supervisor will be the primary resource for Maintenance and Repair work.
