Job summary

IRT Living seeks a Service Manager to oversee a team of technicians across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades, delivering high-quality service and timely repairs for residents. You’ll lead, train, and support the team, manage workflows, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining budget discipline.

Based in Huntsville, AL, you’ll collaborate with Community and Regional Managers, participate in ongoing training, and advance through a growing company that values leadership,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
