As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the physical assets of the community, supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, manage apartment make‑readies, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct daily maintenance operations and maintenance staff
• Coordinate and respond to resident service requests and maintenance needs
• Oversee apartment make‑readies and ensure timely preparation of vacant units
• Perform and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Identify, address, and correct hazardous conditions throughout the community
• Coordinate safety training and skills development for maintenance personnel
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Manage maintenance expenses and assist with budget oversight
• Support capital improvement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects
• Maintain community appearance and ensure luxury property standards are consistently met
• Participate in the on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
• EPA Universal Certification or HVAC Certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of:
