Willow Bridge is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, repairs, service requests, turnovers, and groundskeeping.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on chemical, supply, and equipment handling.
• Lead safety and departmental meetings, participate in community events, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage departmental budget, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
• Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
• Order supplies efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure timely completion of service requests and maintenance projects.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
• Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others, assessing functionality and recommending repairs or replacements.
• Ensure ongoing safety compliance and staff training in safety practices and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills for large teams.
• Advanced knowledge in trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with management, vendors, residents, and team members.
• Skillful operation of small tools and machinery related to trades.
• Basic computer skills, including mobile device and PC operation.
• A valid license may be required.
• Availability for on-call, emergency, and off-hours work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
