Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
  • Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed.
  • Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on chemical, supplies, and equipment handling.
  • Lead safety and department meetings with staff, participate in community events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain departmental budget, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
  • Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
  • Order maintenance supplies efficiently, maintain inventory.
  • Ensure timely completion of service requests, make-readies, and other projects per quality standards.
  • Use Yardi Mobile to update service requests until completion.
  • Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
  • Perform regular safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and ensure staff safety training.
  • Adhere to safety policies, OSHA regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with large teams.
  • Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
  • HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with management, vendors, residents.
  • Skillful operation of tools, electrical, carpentry, and small machinery repair.
  • Basic computer skills, mobile device proficiency.
  • Valid license may be required.
  • Availability for on-call, emergency work, and off-hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
