Job summary

Garden Grove Post Acute is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the facility safe, clean, and fully functional. You will handle routine repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, conduct inspections, and respond to maintenance requests to minimize disruption for residents and staff.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to troubleshoot quickly, and a commitment to safety. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/facilities experience; healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on resident and staff safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, standing)
