Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in their daily activities, including maintenance, installation, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on safety procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use.
• Lead safety and department meetings, participate in community events, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
• Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and oversee quality and compliance of work performed by vendors.
• Order maintenance supplies efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies.
• Ensure all maintenance projects meet quality standards, using systems like Yardi Mobile for tracking.
• Train staff on troubleshooting various trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and other regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with large teams.
• Advanced knowledge in trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with management, vendors, and residents.
• Proficiency with small tools, electrical systems, and basic machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills, including mobile device and PC operation.
• A valid license may be required.
• Availability for on-call, emergency work, and off-hours as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
