Packet Digital is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support our advanced battery manufacturing operations in Fargo, North Dakota. The position requires leading maintenance for automated production equipment and troubleshooting various system issues.

What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance for automated production equipment
• Support HVAC, dry-room, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues
• Drive preventive maintenance and reduce downtime
• Help install and commission new equipment
• Train and guide maintenance technicians

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience with automated equipment, PLC systems, or facility utilities
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Battery, semiconductor, or high‑tech manufacturing experience
• HVAC or dry‑room systems knowledge
• PLC or SCADA experience
