Job summary

Cass-Clay Creamery is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our dairy processing facility in Fargo, ND. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians on 1st shift, prioritize daily work, and drive a robust preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing maintenance, experience with electrical up to 480V, and familiarity with CMMS and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years).
Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years).
Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase.
Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience.
Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS).
