Job summary

Cass-Clay Creamery is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its dairy processing facility in Fargo, ND. You will lead a team of technicians on 1st shift, prioritizing daily work to maintain uptime and reliability.

Responsibilities include driving preventive maintenance, troubleshooting downtime, and partnering with operations to improve equipment performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years).
• Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years).
• Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase.
• Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment in dairy/manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS).

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.
