Techfive.ai in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team at our manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot equipment, oversee PM programs, and drive reliability and safety improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years supervising technicians, and strong PLC/electrical/mechanical skills. You’ll manage work orders, parts, and vendors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring OSHA compliance and safe operations.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial automation/PLCs.
• HVAC and forklift/material handling experience.

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a manufacturing facility and lead a hands-on maintenance function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, leading a small team, and improving plant reliability and safety.
