Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep.
• Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property.
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently.
• Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness.

• Rate:$25.00 to $29.00/hour
• Location:East Point, GA
• Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:

Required Education and Experience:

• Highschool degree or equivalent
• 3+years related experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience working on mini-splits
• Workingknowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting andrefurbishing
• Familiaritywith HVAC system and various appliances
• Computerproficiency
• Workingknowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting andrefurbishing

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:

• Mustpossess a valid Driver's License
