The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service. This role works alongside the Community Manager to ensure property maintenance and staff management.
Must be able to move, inspect, operate machinery, and lift objects over 100 lbs. in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions. Overtime, weekends, and night hours may be required.
Reliable transportation is required due to emergency on-call duties.
Salary range: $34 - $45 per hour. Full-time employees receive benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid sick days, holidays, and bonuses. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
