Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC, a full-service real estate management company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our South Dallas property. You will guide the maintenance team, perform inspections, and ensure timely completion of work orders to uphold property standards.

The role requires EPA HVAC and CPO certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. RAM offers competitive compensation with bonuses, PTO, and robust benefits in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure safety policies are followed.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance supervisorto help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property in the South Dallas area.
