Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in industrial maintenance and deep expertise in Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading a small team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance of machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems, including ladder logic and HMI interfaces.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and services.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to build technical capabilities within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and programming Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
